It’s important to have your eyes tested regularly, especially as you get older and become more susceptible to particular eye conditions. However, if you struggle to leave your house or make the journey to see us without assistance, we understand that this can be difficult or even impossible.

That’s why we offer an option to have a domiciliary eye examination, in the comfort of your own home, at no extra cost. One of our qualified Optometrists will visit you at a time that is convenient to you, and our range of portable testing equipment means that your tests can be carried out almost exactly as they would be in practice.

Whether you live in your own home or a residential care or nursing home, we can perform all the relevant tests in your own environment. We can also bring a selection of frames for you to browse and select a new pair if necessary.

Once we have completed your eye examination, we will have your new prescription eyewear made up and delivered to you on a pre-arranged date.
